Question/Problem: Change in Scenery did not load and when I refreshed the page, it says I didn't have any scenes

Device Information: I'm using the Chrome browser on a PC

Extra Info: Hello. This was my first sign-in into the game and I collected the daily scene when it popped up.  It switched to to the black loading screen and got stuck.  I refreshed the page and then was told I had no available scenes when I haven't even started playing yet.  At the most, I should have the one daily scene I collected at the beginning, right? What do I do now?  Thank you for your help. /forum/resources/images/smilies/smile.png

Question/Problem: Is it possible to change my username, either in my current game or by restarting entirely? I understand it's not allowed to have multiple accounts, so I cannot change my username that way. I attempted to check the FAQ's to see if my question was listed, but the webpage won't open for me (it times out, despite my functioning internet connection)

Device Information: I'm playing the web version of the game on Mozilla Firefox browser.

@SkylerScape @auudrey88 Currently, refreshing the page will cause a scene ticket to be used up, as well as your current scene to restart from the beginning. When you are out of scenes, you will get the message that you currently don't have any scenes. The development team is still working on an improvement for this issue!

@Pegasus I'm afraid that changing your username in-game isn't an option.
EDIT: It seems as though deleting an account currently isn't an option either! (Fingers crossed it will be implemented in the future!)

@Pegasus I'm afraid that changing your username in-game isn't an option. You could remake your account to change the username, and delete your previous account by contacting support@beemoov.com (I will ask to see whether there is an easier method to delete an account).

Hello, wondering if there is a problem with the scenes thing. They are not refreshing. I keep checking to see if any scenes has been added. It's been a day. And they should have refreshed/been added on. And they haven't.
Device: Nexus 7 tablet. Using Google Chrome.

Hi Alicexx,
I believe server time is currently off by a few hours (resetting a few hours before 12AM EST) so that may be causing some confusion. You've likely already received your scene for today, but be sure to log in again around 12AM EST to see if you get your next scene (for tomorrow)!

Hi.
So today, I logged in and received one scene. It then lead me to the story but on the top left corner where it shows the scenes it said zero even though the story could continue. But I logged out for a couple of minutes and logged back into my account to see if the scene count would be back at one but instead, it says that I have no more scenes available and so I am unable to continue with the story today.
I'm using Google Chrome on my MacBook Air
Screenshots: I wasn't able to take one because I didn't think that it was a big problem... Sorry.

Question/Problem: Hi, sometimes when I'm writng in the forum some words would change to French. Of course, the words I wrote would be English. Like, if I wanted to preview my work and I hit the preview button, the buttons changed to French.

Device Information: I'm using the Chrome browser on a Dell laptop.

Extra Info: The buttons that change are:
The send button (it says Envoyer instead)
The preview button (it says Prévisualisation)
The back button (instead it says Retour)
The change symbols into emoticon button (Ne pas convertir les émoticônes sur ce message)
The button below the symbols-to-emoticon button (S'abonner à cette discussion)
Then there are others the green box above the post reply thing but below the previewed item (Attention, ici c'est un forum, pas un téléphone portable ! Le langage SMS est interdit. Merci de lire le forum avant de poster un nouveau message afin d'éviter les messages en double. Sinon votre message sera supprimé.)
There is more too, if you want to know them all.

Question/Problem: "Don't have any scenes" and missing scenes on registration.
Device Information: Mozilla Firefox on Asus laptop.
Extra Info: I have problem similar to people that already posted in this topic. I refreshed the page at the beginning of the scene

and now it says I don't have any scenes left although Lyla already started talking. My other problem is the fact that the FAQ says I should get 5 scenes at the registration, while I only had 3 (with the one I got for daily login). I'm not sure if they are retracted at the beginning (the start of the game takes two or something, I don't know, grasping at straws here), so maybe that's how it's supposed to be, but I'm reporting it anyway just to be sure.

Hello...
im going to report a problem i faced today...
i opened the game from my mobile (i know its not compatible to play there) i just tried to collect my scene and then i closed it from my phone and opened it from my laptop to play it but WHAT? it says i don't have any scene to play and i already have collected my today's scene! why this happened? it wasted my one day of game! /forum/resources/images/smilies/sad.png
u say if u refresh the page u will start the dialog from beginning but why when i started it from another device it didnt work? and yeah i tried to open it from my phone again but my scene wasn't there anymore!
some one plz help me or plz fix this /forum/resources/images/smilies/sad.png

and also on the first day of game i just received 3 scenes but i see everywhere that we were supposed to get 5 scene at first day! i hope team gives them back to us /forum/resources/images/smilies/sad.png

Hi everyone, apologies for the confusion! Receiving 3 scenes at start of the game is normal. Players who were chosen to beta test were given 5 scenes; however it seems that some of the wording and even translations have still not been updated and applied to the game since the beta. (But I will definitely double check with the team to make sure of the 3 or 5 scenes!) Hopefully these will all be fixed soon! We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

@Sarah @Ciara @FaTime Currently, refreshing and/or reloading the page (either from timing out or re-accessing the game) may cause a scene ticket to be used up, as well as your current scene to restart from the beginning. (@FaTime Accessing the game on your phone used up your scene ticket; and re-accessing the game on your laptop caused the scene to restart requiring another scene ticket (as mentioned above). I definitely recommended accessing the game from a laptop/computer and never a phone or tablet as such devices are not optimized for this game! Please remember to use the form provided when posting your question next time, thank you.)

Yesterday I had just entered the game to take the scenes, after I closed the game and came back today

I do not know why but he tells me that I have no scenes available and I have not even managed to get the scenes of today

Hi there,

I started playing yesterday. I logged on today and I received my scenes but then the screen went black. I tried reloading several times but it goes to the title screen then I hit play and then just a black screen. I am not sure what to do.

I am playing on windows 8, have a dell laptop with a core i5 processor and am using google chrome.

Hello.

I've arrived at scene 8, and it isn't loading; I transitioned from scene 7 to scene 8 a couple of days ago and it just froze. All that will load is the background and the phone, and I'm unable to progress. I've tried replaying the scene, and replaying scene 7, but I'm unable to play either. This is the first issue I've had with the game since the day it was released, it's been running smoothly on my desktop until now.

I've attempted playing the scene on Chrome on my Mac desktop of which I know nothing about, and on Safari on my iPad Air 2. It is still frozen.

Hallo I asks this on a otheer forum yesterday but nobody awnsered and i saw that here will be awnsered so I asked my problem again because I really wanne buy my scenes this way to keep on playing.

Problem:I can't pay with paysafecard

Device Information: If I click on paysafecard to pay for my scenes nothing happens

Extra Info: I wanted too by that most popular offer with paysafecard but nothings work and i ddon't want to keep on paying with my phone( don't have paypal and don't wanna pay with my card). My country is belgium.

Question/Problem: I finished a scene and the next scene won't load.
☆  Device Information: Microsoft edge- pc
☆  Chapter & Scene: at school and just finished talking about Jay
☆  Extra Info: It just shows a black background and circles indicating that's its loading but nothing happens. Have tried refreshing multiple times and have also waited over 5 minutes, and nothing happened. Under 'inspect element' it says that it has an unexpected end tag, "game.php" or says "The server has not found anything matching the requested URI (Uniform Resource Identifier)- http404".

I have the following problems/bugs on this website:
-The links in this post do not work at all! Because there is no link to link too. ( url = url.) It says nothing more...
-Lots of things that Layla says that are informative (Telling you what to do/what happened) are still in French. (Like the fact that Chapter 5 isn't available yet, that's said in French).
-I got a scene taken from me only to show me that the next chapter isn't ready yet.
-I can't get any more new scenes to save up or something because you have to play away your 'remaining' other scenes first...
-When you forget your password, that's it, your email with the 'new/temporary' information never arrives.
-I couldn't enter this website for two days, not sure why but it's really annoying when it happens.

Question/Problem: I seem to only be able to stock up a maximum of 1 scene only. I have collected the scene from the day before and have not used it yet, but I try to collect today's scene and I receive a pop up saying that I have collected the maximum amount.

Device Information: I am using the website.

The background of the scene flashes very rapidly. Kind of like a stroboscope.

Device Information:
I'm playing the web version on my PC. I play on Chome Version 60.0.3112.90

Extra Info:
I don't have this issue when I try the game on Microsoft Edge, or FireFox (latest version)

I can't really take a screenshot of the flashing, but it's flashing so fast that I haven't been able to get a screenshot of the background showing.
